One of the most popular, cost-effective crops that are consumed globally is potato. Due to expanding food crisis, there an increase in demand for potato-based agro-food items. At same time, it noted this pathway ecological pollution from large-scale wastes challenging manage. The sector generates a lot waste, which can be controlled better via biotechnological methods. potato industry one industries generate large amount garbage harmful environment. Several by-products industrial production, such as peels (PPs), starch, flakes, and granules, disposed despite being rich sources nutrients bioactive ingredients. These subsequently used processing produce microbial polysaccharides, yeast cellular biomass, lipids, protein, enzymes, organic acids, carotenoids components medium.
